# Mortal Shell 2 - How to Get the Baghead Secret Ending

The Baghead secret ending is an optional joke ending in Mortal Shell 2 that unlocks the Bag Holder trophy/achievement. You can get it during your first playthrough without finishing the main story. The entire puzzle comes down to one answer: Baghead wants you to bring him nothing.

## 1. Where to Find Baghead in Mortal Shell 2

Baghead is found on Desolate Peak in western Fainweald. He sits with several followers near the entrance to the Illusionist’s Cache. The easiest route starts from Gloomshade Grove.
- Fast travel to the Gloomshade Grove Beacon.
- Head toward the cliffs below the Citadel of Penance.
- Continue until you find the jump transporter near the broken bridge.
- Use it to cross over to Desolate Peak.
- Follow the path until you find Baghead sitting with his followers.

## 2. Talk to Baghead and Sit With His Followers

Speak to Baghead repeatedly until he tells you to sit down and be quiet. This starts the interaction required for the secret ending. Walk over to the nearby group and:
- Sit with Baghead’s followers.
- Wait briefly.
- Stand back up.
- Return to Baghead.
- Choose Yes when he asks if you think you are different.
Baghead will then ask you to find something special for him.

### Pick Up the Special Moonshine

The item Baghead points you toward is the Special Moonshine , which is sitting on a nearby wooden crate. From Baghead:
- Search the nearby ruined structure.
- Find the Special Moonshine on the crate.
- Pick it up.
- Return to Baghead.
When Baghead asks whether you really think he wants the Moonshine, choose: No, and do not give the Special Moonshine to him.

### Return the Special Moonshine

The real solution is to return to Baghead with nothing in your hands. Go back to the crate where you found the Special Moonshine and interact with it again to put the bottle back. Once the Moonshine has been removed from your inventory, return to Baghead.

## 3. Choose the Correct Baghead Answers

Baghead’s final questions confirm whether you understood his test. The important choices are simple. After confirming that you brought him nothing, finish the conversation. Then talk to Baghead one more time.

## 4. Trigger the Baghead Secret Ending

Speaking to Baghead again after completing his test triggers the secret ending cutscene and credits. Completing the ending also unlocks the Bag Holder trophy/achievement for finishing Baghead’s secret ending. Its description reads:
“You’ve mastered nothing and this is your reward. Pretty pointless, eh?”
