## Quest Overview

## Quest 1: Who Stole My Beer

Location: Lighthouse Island (Island 1)
This is the first quest you'll encounter, and it kickstarts the entire game. An NPC on the Lighthouse island has had their beer stolen. Find it, return it, and you get the key to your first boss fight.

### The Chain

- Buy beer from the vendor on Lighthouse Island
- Give the beer to the NPC who asks for it (the quest giver)
- Receive the Empty Beer Can as a reward
- Use the Empty Beer Can to summon the Spider Crab boss
- Defeat the Spider Crab to get the Boat Keys

### Why It Matters

The Empty Beer Can is your first boss bait. The Boat Keys are your ticket off Lighthouse Island. Without this quest, you're stuck on Island 1 forever.
Recommended gear: Buy a knife before the fight. The Spider Crab is a melee fight.

## Quest 2: Tourist Quest

Location: Desert Island (Island 3)
The Tourist Quest is the longest quest chain in the game. A tourist NPC on Desert Island asks for a series of items, and each step unlocks the next. The final reward is a Carrot — yes, a carrot — that summons the Pufferfish boss.

### The Chain

- Catch a Needlefish — use a Standard Lure on Desert Island
- Return the Needlefish to the Tourist NPC
- Receive the Carrot from the Tourist
- Use the Carrot to summon the Pufferfish boss
- Defeat the Pufferfish to unlock Rocks Island (Island 4)

### Why It Matters

The Pufferfish is a story-required boss. You cannot skip this quest. The Tourist Quest gates the entire second half of the game.
Recommended gear: Shotgun or SMG with upgrades. The Pufferfish is a ranged fight.
